Reception Desk Front Facade Design

The front of this corporate reception desk is composed of interspersed masses. A floating dark block projects from the body and carries a concealed LED strip along its underside, casting a warm glow onto the base and making the front appear to float. The main facade is finished in an MFC stone-texture panel, an imitation stone board with a gray veined surface that reads as natural stone from a distance while keeping a flat, even finish. The dark block overlaps the stone-texture panel behind it rather than sitting flush against it. The overall effect is a modern minimalist aesthetic.

Reception Desk Back Counter Storage

The staff side of this corporate reception desk pairs an open shelf unit under the counter with a storage cabinet below. The cabinet has shutter doors for bulk storage and drawers with a combination lock for sensitive items. Socket cut-outs on the side of the cabinet let you power office equipment on the spot without running cables across the floor. A shallow pigeon-hole shelf runs along the back edge of the counter for forms, keys and daily paperwork. Cable grommets in the countertop keep wiring tidy, and the stone-texture modesty panels close off the workspace from the public side.

Reception Desk Cable Management

Cables on this corporate reception desk run on a concealed route from the countertop to the floor. A cable grommet in the working surface drops wiring straight into the cabinet, so no cabling crosses the work area. A vertical socket strip on the inner side wall puts several outlets within reach of the seated operator. The cable then runs down the back of the cabinet and out through a floor-level exit to the building supply. The desk ships with a power cord, and the plug type is supplied to match the destination country.

Reception Desk Power Socket and Cable Cover

The working surface of this corporate reception desk takes a flush-mounted desktop power socket with a cable passage cover. The flip cover sits level with the countertop when closed and lifts to give access to a power socket and a USB charging port. A cable slot at the end of the housing lets a phone or laptop lead run straight off the desk without bending the plug. The housing is finished in white and sits flush with the countertop surface. Visitors and reception staff can charge at the counter while the countertop stays clear.

Reception Desk Lockable Drawer Cabinet

The under-desk drawer cabinet on this corporate reception desk closes with a 3-digit combination lock. The dial lock is mounted on the drawer face, so access is controlled by a code rather than a key — there is no key to lose or hand over. The black lock housing sits against the light drawer front, and the turn knob releases the drawer in one motion. The lock sits high on the drawer face, within easy reach from a seated position. It takes the items a front desk needs kept out of reach: cash floats, keys, contracts and staff belongings.

Reception Desk Reserved Socket Outlets

The cabinet side panel of this corporate reception desk carries three reserved socket outlets behind blanking plates. Each plate is screw-fixed, so a socket can be fitted on site when it is needed, while the panel stays closed until then. The three positions are stacked vertically so each device can have its own outlet. A small oval cable entry above the plates lets a lead pass into the cabinet interior. Because the outlets sit on the side panel rather than on the working surface, they stay out of sight from the public side while remaining within reach of the operator.
